Manager, Legal Operations (Digital Health)

Salary: $198,400–$297,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead the legal operations function, define its strategy and roadmap, and align priorities with the General Counsel and Legal & Compliance leadership.
• Manage legal technology, including Ironclad, Brightflag, Streamline, and related integrations and workflows.
• Own outside counsel and vendor relationships, e-billing, legal spend visibility, budgeting, and forecasting in partnership with Finance.
• Improve legal intake, ticket routing, knowledge management, templates, playbooks, and processes for internal stakeholders.
• Own contract lifecycle management configuration, integrations with Zip and Salesforce, and training for business partners.
• Coordinate legal and compliance programs, OKR reporting, leadership materials, metrics, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in in-house legal operations, law firm operations, or a related operational, business, or chief-of-staff role.
• Direct experience managing people and technology-driven optimizations.
• Hands-on experience with e-billing platforms such as Brightflag and contract lifecycle management systems such as Ironclad.
• Experience building and managing budgets and forecasts in partnership with Finance.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of leading process improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Legal operations experience in healthcare, digital health, or another highly regulated technology company.
• Experience implementing or optimizing a legal technology stack.
• Experience using or deploying AI tools and agents, including GC AI, Claude, or Glean.
• Experience building knowledge management systems, templates, and playbooks for legal teams.
• MBA, JD, or another advanced degree.
