Senior Analyst / Junior Associate - Product Specialist, LatAm (Project Finance)

Annual base pay: $110,000–$135,000 USD

What you will do

• Support the origination and execution of Project Bonds transactions across Latin America.
• Support potential Project Finance transactions in infrastructure and energy.
• Analyze complex financing structures and manage financial models.
• Contribute to credit and transaction analysis.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and internal approval documents.
• Manage multiple workstreams while supporting the growth of the Project Bonds platform.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Finance, Product Development, Product Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex financing structures, adapt to changing priorities, and manage deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure, energy, DCM, private placements, capital markets, or institutional investor products.
• At least 1 year of financial services industry experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish profile.
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through experience, training, military service, or education.
