District Branch Manager (Commercial Refrigeration)

Location: St. Rose, Louisiana, United States. Onsite position with travel within the region as required and flexibility to work outside normal working hours.

What you will do

• Manage multiple service and installation branch operations, including sales, operating income, and customer satisfaction.
• Own branch P&L performance, financial modeling, forecasting, and Territory Annual Operating Plan targets.
• Identify customer needs, resolve concerns, provide solutions, and deliver executive-level communication.
• Develop new business opportunities in current and adjacent markets.
• Lead employee development, performance management, succession preparation, coaching, and process improvement.
• Build the safety culture across branch teams and external contractors while collaborating with HR, Finance, Sales, and Safety partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED with at least five years of applicable experience.
• Five to ten years of related experience, including management or supervisory responsibility.
• Experience overseeing P&L responsibilities across multiple operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Working knowledge of commercial refrigeration or HVAC is helpful.
