What you will do

• Own product sourcing, vendor selection, and new product development for an assigned category.
• Lead vendor negotiations and build strategic supplier partnerships.
• Organize vendor visits to understand manufacturing processes and monitor market trends.
• Support catalog and digital marketing layout strategy for the product category.
• Improve profitability, product quality, and data accuracy.
• Build relationships with Purchasing, Creative, Quality Control, and other internal teams while coaching Product Management Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• Availability to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
