Marketing and Design Production Coordinator

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; working hours and holidays follow New Zealand schedules.

Salary: PHP 60,000–70,000 per month

hirify.global is hiring for its RecOps department to coordinate marketing campaigns, creative projects, and design production.

What you will do

• Coordinate marketing and creative projects from brief through final delivery.
• Manage briefs, timelines, priorities, approvals, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, marketers, agencies, and external suppliers.
• Support campaigns across digital and traditional channels and coordinate digital, print, social media, email, web, presentation, and promotional assets.
• Review creative materials for accuracy, consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
• Manage stakeholder feedback, revisions, project documentation, and proactive resolution of production delays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, creative production, design production, or a similar role.
• New Zealand market experience and understanding of the New Zealand marketing and business environment are essential.
• Experience coordinating creative or marketing projects from brief to completion.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while working independently and collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management, marketing, or design tools is advantageous.
