What you will do

• Support customers with special pricing requests and prepare accurate quotes.
• Address pricing inquiries and recommend tailored product solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through phone and email communication.
• Maintain accurate quote records.
• Share customer insights to help shape product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant quotes, inside sales, or call center experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Industrial products experience is preferred.
• Availability for on-site work in Braselton, Georgia, Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM–6:15 PM.
