Inside Sales Representative (Industrial Gases)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to provide coordinated service to customers.
• Resolve customer account inquiries and support existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and account health.
• Assist customers with their needs and improve the overall customer journey.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Support daily office and retail shop operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail when handling transactions.
• Availability for occasional overtime.
• Ability to work in a drug-free workplace.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control.
• Background in gas, welding, or safety supplies.
• Familiarity with SAP, PROS, Google applications, or Microsoft Office.
• Clear and warm communication with people from diverse backgrounds.
