Senior Supply Chain Planner (Supply Chain Planning)

Location: Remote from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; AU Business Hours

Salary: PHP 120,000–150,000 per month

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end supply planning, purchasing activities, purchase orders, replenishment decisions, and order progression.
• Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to monitor production, lead times, confirmations, performance, and corrective actions.
• Manage inbound shipments with freight providers, customs agents, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory coverage, ageing, shortages, excess stock, safety stock, stockouts, and expected availability dates.
• Prepare demand and supply inputs, reports, scenarios, and analysis for the S&OP process.
• Maintain ERP master data, dashboards, operational KPIs, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory planning, or supply operations.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, logistics, supplier coordination, forecasting, and supply continuity.
• Experience managing purchase orders and end-to-end operational order flow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP inventory, warehouse, and finance software.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate in an offshore environment during AU Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with international suppliers, offshore operations, manufacturing, distribution, import/export, or multi-site supply environments.
• A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• APICS, CPIM, or CSCP qualification.
