Lead Maintenance Services Representative (IFEC)

Location: Onsite in Saudi Arabia; the position title references Riyadh and the conditions list Jeddah.

What you will do

• Lead and certify line maintenance activities for aircraft equipment, including IFEC systems, during transit checks.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems, replace line replaceable units, perform inspections, adjustments, functional tests, and built-in tests.
• Assist with software and media loading, cabin sweeps, defect rectification, component cleaning, and aircraft documentation.
• Mentor and coach station employees, assign daily tasks, prepare shift rosters, and optimize operational resources.
• Coordinate with customers, PAC divisions, supervisors, and managers to resolve issues and monitor system performance.
• Maintain safety, quality assurance, inventory, tool control, and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

• Secondary or high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid aircraft maintenance license, such as a GACA Mechanic License for airframe, powerplant, or avionics.
• At least six years of aircraft maintenance experience, including three years exercising certification privileges as RTS staff.
• Experience managing, supervising, mentoring, and leading a team.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation, troubleshoot defects, and use Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia through nationality, visa, or work permit; ability to pass security and background checks. English reading, writing, and speaking skills, a valid driver’s license, and airport access eligibility are also required.
