PSAB BOSS: Labor Foreman/Escort (Secret Clearance) (Defense Operations)

Location: Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia; onsite work with possible overtime, shift work, and occasional to frequent travel

hirify.global provides base operating support-installation services for Prince Sultan Air Base, the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing, mission partners, tenant units, and remote Army sites.

What you will do

• Process personnel through the Visitors Control Center before and after work shifts in accordance with USCENTCOM escorting procedures.
• Escort and monitor third-country and other-country national personnel in designated CES and FSS areas.
• Maintain visual accountability of personnel and vehicles, log movements, and report headcounts to appropriate personnel.
• Brief escorted personnel on base rules, monitor work zones, and ensure personnel exit the base or return to camps after completing work.
• Identify prohibited items, unsafe conditions, suspicious behavior, and emergency situations, notifying site leadership and safety staff as required.
• Complete administrative reports and coordinate support activities for managers, supervisors, client personnel, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge and experience with facility and equipment operations and maintenance, food services, and MWR services.
• U.S. citizenship and a current U.S. driver’s license required.
• Valid passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and six blank visa or stamp pages required.
• Current and maintainable U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• Fluent English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension required; CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements must also be met.

Nice to have

• Two years of relevant experience delivering DOD BOS-I or similar services in an overseas or contingency environment.
• U.S. Air Force experience.
• Experience in contingency environments and with government contracts.
