What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce where required.
• Configure Salesforce flows, process automation, advanced formulas, and dynamic layouts before introducing custom code.
• Build secure REST and SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, and event-driven architectures using Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
• Optimize data models, SOQL/SOSL queries, bulk data loading, and ongoing data cleanup while respecting Salesforce governor limits.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, write unit tests with at least 85% coverage, conduct code reviews, and manage deployments.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and work directly with clients to clarify requirements and explain technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on software development experience focused on Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex design patterns, trigger frameworks, and asynchronous processing.
• Deep experience with Lightning Web Components and JavaScript ES6+.
• Practical experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, integration patterns, security architecture, and enterprise data modeling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Strong communication and time-management skills for multi-client project environments.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
