What you will do

• Define and drive overarching product strategy, vision, and roadmap across multiple domains.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a user-obsessed culture.
• Own the cross-domain user journey and manage prioritization trade-offs.
• Champion coherent information architecture, navigation models, and design language.
• Track key product metrics including engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and finance teams to deliver high-quality experiences at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing product managers or product teams.
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and experience collaborating with design teams.
• Proven track record of shaping information architecture and navigation for complex products.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomics, or market data consumption.
• Experience with fintech, financial media, or market data platforms.
• Expertise in monetization, subscriptions, or payments products.
• Experience with social or community-driven products.
• Familiarity with SEO principles for content strategy.
