Location: Remote for candidates already based in Indonesia

What you will do
- Own product initiatives across investing and related financial services, including AI-enabled customer experiences.
- Translate user problems and complex financial workflows into product scope, requirements, metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
- Partner with engineering and design to define, build, launch, and improve production-ready products.
- Collaborate with data, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver practical and scalable solutions.
- Prioritize backlogs and balance customer needs, technical constraints, operational complexity, compliance, and business objectives.
- Use research, metrics, experiments, feedback, and production insights to guide decisions and improve released features.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or in a comparable product leadership role.
- Strong product sense, analytical skills, technical fluency, and experience working with engineers and designers.
- Experience defining requirements, roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and launch strategies.
- Ability to make decisions under ambiguity, drive execution with limited guidance, and manage stakeholder trade-offs.
- Experience in fintech, investing, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth technology products is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills required; candidates must already be based in Indonesia.
