Customer Care Agent (German Speaker)

What you will do

• Respond to customer enquiries through email and live chat.
• Assist with payments, order processing, and questions about dermatological treatments.
• Analyse customer service trends and collaborate with Medical, Product Management, and Business Development teams.
• Improve customer service processes, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Use customer feedback and recurring concerns to optimise the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent German, spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new digital tools.
• Motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial; willingness to learn is accepted.
