What you will do

• Provide professional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and insights for product improvements.

Requirements

• German: C1+ proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from Chișinău, Moldova.
• Proven experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with IT systems and CRM tools.
• Ability to work rotational shifts between 9:00 and 21:30.
