German Speaking Customer Support Operator (m/f/d)

Location: Chișinău, Republic of Moldova; hybrid work with flexible working hours. Schedule: 09:00–21:30, working an 8-hour rotational shift.

What you will do

• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat in German.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining accurate records in the support system.
• Identify and escalate complex or urgent cases to the appropriate departments.
• Follow up with customers and ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
• Share customer insights and feedback with colleagues and management to support product improvements.
• Meet performance goals for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken German; English proficiency is highly desirable.
• Experience in customer support, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with IT systems and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
