Billing Analyst - Bilingual (Finance)

Location: On-site in Waukegan, Illinois; travel to hirify.global's North American locations is required.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as a main point of contact for the billing team in Mexico.
• Improve billing systems and processes to streamline operations across North America.
• Collaborate with departments to align project goals, provide updates, and implement process enhancements.
• Analyze billing and operational data, identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and prepare reports.
• Track project milestones and resource alignment against deadlines.
• Organize and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in business process optimization, change management, or a related area.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish are required.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to North American locations.
