Content Marketing Manager (AI SaaS)

Location: On-site in Vienna, Austria

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the German-speaking market.
• Write and manage website, landing page, and paid marketing copy tailored to German-speaking audiences.
• Script creative concepts for YouTube and paid social advertising.
• Develop and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.
• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.
• Run A/B tests, use performance insights to improve messaging, and contribute to product positioning and go-to-market communication.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.
• Native German speaker with outstanding written marketing skills.
• Fluent English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion-focused copywriting, A/B testing, and data-driven messaging.
• Experience scripting ad creatives and building organic social content strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing AI products or voice technology.
• Experience conducting user research for marketing insights.
