What you will do

• Define and implement strategic objectives for digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement technical solutions, including Power Automate and AI tools.
• Manage transformation projects from implementation through timely completion.
• Create and maintain reporting systems to measure project progress and impact.
• Collaborate with departments to identify tools that improve efficiency and streamline processes.
• Communicate complex problems and solutions to senior leadership and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience with technology solutions and project management, preferably in digital transformation or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and maintain an entrepreneurial, execution-focused approach.
• Ability to explain complex problems and solutions to senior leadership.
• Experience creating and managing reporting systems for project progress and impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and adaptability.
