Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote for candidates based in the EU; Vienna is listed as the location and the role is also marked as on-site. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end product roadmap.
• Translate product vision and real-world constraints into executable plans.
• Break complex problems into well-scoped initiatives and shippable features.
• Define product goals, success metrics, and trade-offs with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture and scalability.
• Develop clear narratives explaining feature purpose, relationships, and customer value.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management or product leadership.
• Experience building or managing complex B2B or platform products.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to assess second-order effects across a product ecosystem.
• Comfort collaborating with engineering on technical trade-offs, architecture decisions, and scalability.
• Experience defining product goals, success metrics, and stakeholder trade-offs.
• Clear and transparent communication, including documentation of decisions, assumptions, and reasoning.

Nice to have

• Background in identity, payments, or fintech.
• Experience working in remote-first or distributed teams.
