Growth Product Manager (Fintech)

We’re continuing the search for a Growth Product Manager to drive product-led growth across a fintech payments portfolio. 🚀
Payments experience is key — we’re looking for a senior product professional with strong technical understanding who can identify opportunities to increase customer value, improve product adoption, launch new capabilities, and support expansion into new markets. You’ll work closely with the engineering team across the company’s product portfolio, using data and experimentation to shape the roadmap and drive measurable business growth.
🌍 Fully remote across the EU, with a preference for candidates based in Portugal, Romania or Ukraine
💰 €5,000–€7,000/month
