Product Manager (Wellness)

What you will do

• Own the onboarding and activation experience for YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit as they migrate to a new shared tech stack.
• Define and build reusable shared capabilities like content discovery and personalization to avoid duplication.
• Design and run experiments focused on user activation and reactivation to drive measurable growth.
• Reimagine content discovery by moving beyond long-form browsing to modular, quick-access experiences.
• Manage and mentor a small product team while partnering closely with marketing and engineering leadership.
• Build working prototypes using AI tools to test concepts before full-scale engineering development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cyprus, the EU, or Ukraine.
• Proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products with a focus on retention.
• Experience working alongside performance marketing teams to align product and marketing goals.
• Demonstrated success in shipping features that measurably improved activation, engagement, or retention.
• People leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and growing product managers.
• Background in scale-up or startup environments with a high-velocity, experimental mindset.
• Comfortable using AI tools to prototype ideas independently.
