Senior Strategy Consultant

Location: Remote-first from Germany, with occasional workshops, meetings, and team events in Berlin or Stuttgart; working abroad is permitted in the European Union.

What you will do

• Build hirify.global's consulting practice, including its operating model, methodology, pricing, scoping, and delivery standards.
• Run pre-sales consulting engagements for enterprise prospects, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, solution design, ROI analysis, and executive presentations.
• Lead post-sales value realization projects with enterprise customers and help expand hirify.global from a communications platform into a system of action.
• Develop reusable target operating models for retail, manufacturing, automotive, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Customer Engineering, Solution Engineering, Enterprise Sales, and Strategic Sales.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in high-paced technical consulting at a renowned consulting firm or as a Forward Deployed Consultant or Engineer at a fast-scaling technology company.
• End-to-end experience scoping client problems, designing solutions, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead workshops with senior operating stakeholders and discuss enterprise integrations with technical architects.
• Working knowledge of APIs, low-code platforms, SSO, HRIS, ERP, ticketing systems, and enterprise solution feasibility.
• Commercial focus with experience influencing revenue through engagements, account expansion, or ownership of a revenue target.
• Native German and fluent English required.

• Experience building teams or consulting practices and developing project teams.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Firsthand experience with frontline work in a shop, store, or production environment.
