Consultant II or Senior Consultant - Implementation & Partner Support (m/w/d) (ERP Integrations)

Location: Remote within Germany; Düsseldorf/Dortmund area preferred.

What you will do

• Perform post-sale technical implementations of technology products.
• Complete installations, upgrades, testing, and system configuration.
• Consult with clients to understand operational needs and business objectives.
• Track implementation progress, resolve scheduling issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce the required results.
• At Senior Consultant level, own complex support instances and act as the escalation point between clients and SPS partners.

Requirements

• Consultant II: bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of related experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Senior Consultant: bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent German and English are required.
• ERP knowledge, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and effective communication.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple concurrent projects or activities.
• Senior Consultants need proven EDI and supply chain experience, independent judgment, and at least three years in account management, relationship management, product management, or a comparable field.

Nice to have

• EDI and supply chain knowledge for Consultant II candidates.
• Experience working with third parties, consultants, VARs, or adapter and application providers.
• Familiarity with XML, text editing, data mapping tools, and mapping tool functionality.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
