Director of Social & Influencer

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location is Austin, Texas.

What you will do

• Own organic social and influencer strategy, team leadership, budget, and performance.
• Define content pillars, brand voice, visual identity, and recurring social franchises.
• Identify cultural trends and translate them into high-performing content.
• Direct creative production with designers, editors, and creators.
• Build creator programs covering seeding, paid partnerships, whitelisting, and ambassadors.
• Oversee creator sourcing, negotiation, briefing, relationships, reporting, and performance growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and managing social and influencer programs, ideally in DTC or CPG wellness.
• Experience leading and developing a team while remaining hands-on.
• Track record of building organic social around a clear content strategy.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and contemporary internet culture.
• Experience scaling seeding or ambassador programs with a roster of 100+ creators.
• Experience with creator sourcing, negotiation, paid amplification, analytics, CAC, and performance measurement.
