Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead (SFCC)

What you will do

• Lead developers in designing, developing, and maintaining SFCC e-commerce solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and recommend technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote development best practices.
• Identify technical challenges, implement effective resolutions, and improve client outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership throughout planning, estimation, execution, and delivery.
• Track SFCC platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Applicants must have SFCC Technical Lead experience.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and customizing SFCC-based e-commerce solutions.
• Experience leading and managing a team of developers with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and version control systems.
• Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency or consulting environment.
• SFCC Developer certification.
