Growth Developer (Shopify)

Location: Brazil, remote; must overlap with US business hours from ET to PT

Salary: $50,000–$100,000 USD per year, depending on experience, plus a monthly health and wellness stipend.

What you will do

• Build and ship mobile-first Shopify landing pages and product detail pages for paid traffic, subscriptions, bundles, reviews, and trust elements.
• Convert Figma designs and AI-generated HTML into clean, reusable Liquid sections and blocks.
• Run the CRO testing cycle from hypothesis and implementation through A/B test analysis and iteration using Shoplift and Rebuy.
• Own tracking across GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel and CAPI, Consent Mode, UTMs, and Elevar.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, technical SEO, JSON-LD schema, canonicals, and sitemap health.
• Maintain Shopify integrations and build AI workflows for content, product imagery, graphics, and static ad production.

Requirements

• Hands-on Shopify theme development with Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, supported by live pages personally built.
• Demonstrated CRO experience with A/B tests, methods, and before-and-after results.
• Experience with GTM client-side and server-side, GA4, Meta CAPI, Consent Mode, UTMs, subscription platforms, and Klaviyo.
• Comfort using and reviewing AI-generated code with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or v0.
• Fluent English at C1 or higher is required for Slack communication and live calls with the US team.
• Full-time exclusive availability is required; side clients, freelance work, own stores, and active side ventures are not allowed.

Nice to have

• Experience in health, wellness, supplement, or DTC ecommerce.
• Ability to propose layouts and wireframes in Figma.
• Experience with purposeful interactive UX using GSAP, Framer Motion, Rive, or Lottie.
• Experience producing AI-generated content and static ads at scale.
• Technical SEO experience with schema.org and structured data for AI search.

Hiring process

• 30-minute introductory call with Sierra covering experience, shipped work, availability, exclusivity, and salary expectations.

• Paid four-hour take-home assignment followed by a final interview with the founder.
