What you will do

• Develop and customize Salesforce B2C Storefront Reference Architecture and B2B Commerce storefronts.
• Write server-side and client-side JavaScript logic, controllers, and custom pipelines for pricing, catalog, cart, and checkout functionality.
• Build headless commerce components with Salesforce Commerce API and composable commerce architectures.
• Integrate payment processors, tax tools, order management systems, and external inventory systems.
• Configure Business Manager settings, product categorization, content slots, promotions, and site preferences.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot pipeline failures, database timeouts, and integration synchronization issues.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of enterprise e-commerce web engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud development.
• Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer or Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer certification is mandatory.
• Strong JavaScript, Node.js, REST, SOAP, and database querying skills.
• Experience with ISML templates, Business Manager tools, SFRA, secure API integrations, and commerce architectures.
• Ability to work in a remote offshore contract role.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Front-end engineering experience with modern JavaScript applications such as React or Vue in headless e-commerce environments.
