Location: Field-based in Montgomery, Alabama counties, USA; travel to provider practices up to 5 days a week and up to 75% of the time.
Salary: $107,700β$140,000 USD base annually, plus equity and performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of primary care provider partnerships and serve as the primary relationship contact.
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, training, and implementation of effective in-office workflows.
- Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and integration of Counterpart Assistant into daily practice workflows.
- Analyze provider performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement platform best practices across different primary care practices and help improve value-based care outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and other internal teams to improve the offering based on provider feedback and market trends.
Requirements
- 5β7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clinicians and staff, drive operational change, and improve provider adoption and retention.
- Deep understanding of primary or ambulatory care workflows and experience implementing or improving clinical processes.
- Knowledge of EHRs, medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to translate operational data into actionable metrics and scorecards.
- Must reside in Montgomery, Alabama counties and be willing to travel extensively to provider practices.
Nice to have
- Understanding of value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement.
- Experience implementing value-based care tools and technology products in primary care.
- Knowledge of Medicare insurance, wellness visits, accurate coding, Stars, and HEDIS.
