Mortgage Broker Assistant (Mortgage Finance)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with Australian hours.

Salary: PHP 65,000–85,000 per month

The role supports an independent Australian mortgage and finance brokerage serving homeowners, investors, developers, and business clients across Australia.

What you will do

• Support brokers with end-to-end residential, construction, development, and business loan application processing.
• Prepare and package loan files, including identification, income, credit, serviceability, and other supporting documentation.
• Perform preliminary file checks and maintain compliance, document integrity, and version control.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, brokers, and other stakeholders to collect documents, track statuses, and provide updates.
• Monitor loan milestones from application through settlement and assist with post-settlement archiving.
• Maintain CRM records, aggregator-platform data, loan pipelines, and status reports.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage broking support or loan processing.
• Experience with Australian mortgage documentation, workflows, loan writing support, and aggregator systems.
• Hands-on experience with mortgage CRM systems and cloud-based tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, attention to detail, structured-process discipline, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Availability for full-time work aligned with Australian business hours in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working remotely or supporting offshore clients.
• Social media and marketing support, including content scheduling for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Canva, Eventbrite, email marketing, webinar, or client-event coordination experience.
