Location: South San Francisco, California, United States; onsite four days per week with work-from-home flexibility

Salary: $145,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer with complex calendar management, domestic and international travel, expenses, meeting materials, and confidential communications.
  • Coordinate Commercial Leadership Team meetings, agendas, action items, follow-up, off-sites, town halls, and onboarding activities.
  • Drive commercial operating rhythms, annual planning, leadership off-sites, budget planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, dashboards, reports, and organizational trackers.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and budget tracking with Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
  • Improve workflows and facilitate collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Investor Relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years supporting senior executives, including C-level leadership.
  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience coordinating projects or business operations in addition to executive support.
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and familiarity with ERP, procurement, or project management systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Commercial, Medical Affairs, or Corporate leadership in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience with budget tracking, vendor management, or commercial launch preparation.
