What you will do

• Design and implement SAP and non-SAP solutions for Supply Network Planning, Deployment, and Inventory Optimization.
• Collaborate with business process owners and supply execution, deployment, and inventory teams to analyze initiatives and define requirements.
• Translate business and technical needs into solution designs, functional specifications, configurations, and programming specifications.
• Identify opportunities to use new technologies and AI to replace legacy systems and manual effort.
• Conduct integration testing, prepare technical cycle tests, document process changes, and write operational instructions.
• Provide technology guidance and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and junior staff while supporting project plans and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 11 years of Information Technology experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6–8 years of experience with SAP APO, including CIF interface, SNP, and Inventory Optimization, and SAP ERP MM.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning, Supply Network Planning, Deployment, and Inventory Optimization.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets and integrating SAP systems with enterprise applications and third-party tools.
• Good communication, time management, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Basic ABAP and BW knowledge.
• Experience with S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and non-SAP supply chain planning tools.
• Experience in Demand Sensing, multi-echelon inventory optimization, Tableau, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with linear programming, mixed-integer programming, or operations research algorithms.
