Distribution Centre Team Associate - Transportation Operations Full-time Nights Tuesday to Saturday 23:00-07:00

Location: 1501 Industrial PK Dr, Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. Full-time night shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 23:00–07:00, ending Sunday morning at 07:00.

Starting pay: $25.34/hour CAD.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to and from the distribution centre.
• Verify receiving documentation and maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, logs, and forms.
• Identify problem freight and coordinate timely resolutions with Logistics Store Support and relevant departments.
• Complete drivers' inbound paperwork and proof of delivery documentation to support quick turnaround.
• Monitor outbound loads through carrier management systems and FourKites, implementing recovery options when store deliveries are at risk.
• Create daily load plans and execute holiday planning to improve on-time performance, efficiency, and cost control.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability for the specified full-time overnight schedule is required.
• Accuracy in shipment documentation, reports, logs, and forms.
• Ability to coordinate freight issues and follow established guidelines and timelines.
