Jr. Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Provide administrative support for daily logistics operations and maintain organized records.
• Coordinate communication with carriers, brokers, forwarders, suppliers, and 3PL partners.
• Track supplier and carrier performance using scorecards and service metrics.
• Organize import and export documentation and support customs compliance.
• Investigate freight billing discrepancies, accessorial charges, and accounts payable reconciliation issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, or entry-level office experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology may be required; employment can depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior export-license approval.

Nice to have

• Previous logistics experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
