Marketing Project Manager (HubSpot)

What you will do

• Manage marketing-related client projects through the full lifecycle, from planning through delivery.
• Plan and prioritize deliverables, resources, and sequencing across projects using agile project management practices.
• Manage project tools including Teamwork, InVision, and Zeplin.
• Own quality assurance for final deliverables and ensure work meets client expectations.
• Coordinate internal project teams, project owners, clients, and external vendors.
• Identify project risks, solve technical and operational issues, and maintain visibility into progress, priorities, and resourcing.

Requirements

• Proven record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Experience with agile project management and the ability to lead technical teams.
• Ability to quickly learn web-based technologies and independently investigate and resolve problems.
• Strong written communication and technical documentation skills.
• Understanding of user experience and design processes, including information architecture, user flows, and wireframes.
• Experience with marketing automation and CMS platforms such as HubSpot, Shopify, Klaviyo, Salesforce, and WordPress.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
