HubSpot Solutions Engineer (HubSpot)

What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and design HubSpot-specific technical solutions.
• Develop custom proposals, quotes, technical plans, and Scopes of Work for prospective customers.
• Answer technical questions and explain proposed solutions clearly to customers and coworkers.
• Design and advise on HubSpot implementations, complex data migrations, and pre-built or custom integrations.
• Monitor new HubSpot developments and share relevant updates with customers and the internal team.
• Lead technical training sessions for the sales team as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering or pre-sales.
• Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot capabilities and the full HubSpot implementation process.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
