What you will do

• Identify business needs and determine technical solutions to business problems.
• Research customer inquiries, identify root causes, and resolve technical issues.
• Provide resolution steps to technical teams when issues cannot be resolved directly.
• Meet with client teams to identify business needs, assign priorities, and gather requirements during current-state discovery sessions.
• Build customer and technical knowledge, become increasingly self-directed, and serve as a resource to others.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree with some coursework in computer science or a related technology field.
• Strong academic achievement and analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, distill concepts for clients, and manage a large volume of information.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Passion for learning and solving business problems with technology.
