What you will do

• Provide specialized technical support and expertise for IT systems.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with different teams to support business and client needs.
• Document technical processes and solutions.
• Support smooth IT operations in a fixed-term contract through December 2026.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in digital forensics, incident response, cybersecurity, or eDiscovery operations.
• Experience with analytical thinking, collaborative problem solving, communication, customer relationship management, deadline management, and technical knowledge.
• Experience with digital forensics, forensic analysis, standard operating procedures, and end-to-end project management.
• CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Singapore and perform tasks involving sitting, standing, and office equipment.
