What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with client hiring managers, vendor account managers, and industry contacts.
- Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates.
- Communicate client requirements and technical role responsibilities effectively to the staffing team.
- Partner with management to identify priority accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
- Generate referrals and sales leads through industry relationships.
- Handle customer service activities and ensure urgent business information reaches the appropriate stakeholders on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work onsite at the corporate office in East Windsor, New Jersey.
Nice to have
- Experience in the United States IT staffing industry.
- Understanding of IT business, sales, and recruitment processes, from contract negotiations through contract closing.
