Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical implementation for enterprise customers, including onboarding, integrations, and custom workflows.
• Build integrations with customer technology stacks, including digital asset management, project management, and creative platforms.
• Develop proof-of-concept implementations and custom AI workflows that demonstrate value quickly.
• Convert recurring customer needs into reusable platform capabilities and contribute to the core product.
• Partner with go-to-market teams on technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in solutions engineering or forward-deployed roles at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong proficiency with APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures.
• Experience integrating LLMs and generative AI APIs into real-world workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills with both engineering stakeholders and senior marketing leaders.
• Consultative mindset, strong project management skills, and genuine curiosity about AI, creativity, and brand work.
