Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Explore GTM opportunities and map sales journeys to identify AI, agentic, and workflow automation opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery, scoping, system design, prototyping, and production rollout for complex customer deployments.
• Build full-stack, production-grade systems and develop and deploy agentic solutions, with more than 60% of the role involving hands-on coding and agent development.
• Prepare demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments based on customer requirements.
• Partner with account, Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and Service Delivery teams to drive adoption and customer success.
• Share field feedback and codify successful patterns into tools, playbooks, and reusable building blocks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer- or stakeholder-facing work.
• 5+ years working with Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS; GCP experience is preferred.
• Professional-level GCP certification is required.
• Experience designing, architecting, and leading scalable cloud solution deployments, preferably on GCP.
• Production-grade frontend and backend coding experience with Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
• Experience building or deploying LLM- or generative-model-powered systems, with strong communication, architecture, leadership, risk management, and consulting skills.

Nice to have

• FDE training and certification.
• Experience with the Google technology stack or Anthropic.
