Consultant, Compliance Advisory & Technology (AI)

Location: Remote position based in the United States; office attendance is encouraged, and periodic travel to client sites and company meetings may be required.

What you will do

• Assess compliance program maturity, effectiveness, risks, and control gaps.
• Develop and improve compliance policies, procedures, workflows, documentation, training, and awareness initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential compliance risks.
• Support monitoring and testing across communications, transactions, and third-party risk areas.
• Create compliance metrics, dashboards, reports, visualizations, client deliverables, and recommendations.
• Support technology evaluations, implementations, AI use-case identification, project delivery, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Five or more years of professional work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience working with data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
• Understanding of risk management principles and risk-mitigating controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence, automation tools, or data visualization technologies.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience or experience in corporate compliance, ethics, legal, risk, audit, or governance.
• Familiarity with anti-corruption, data protection, third-party due diligence, data privacy impact assessments, and data subject access requests.
• Experience with compliance technology platforms, workflow tools, reporting solutions, or analytics tools.
• Interest in regulatory developments and corporate compliance leading practices.
