Forward Deployed Engineers (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery and evaluations with AI, CTO, and architecture stakeholders.
• Design and build custom prototypes, proofs of concept, and reference architectures for real-world AI actions.
• Translate infrastructure, middleware, API, and agentic AI concepts into clear customer solutions.
• Provide technical guidance through complex enterprise sales cycles ranging from $200K to seven-figure opportunities.
• Feed customer insights into Product and Engineering, creating prototypes or fixes that can become part of the core platform.
• Advise customers on LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, LLM orchestration, and broader AI strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or comparable engineering work.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, systems architecture, databases, security, cloud, iPaaS, ETL/ELT, RPA, API gateways, or service mesh.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Ability to understand business needs, explain complex technical concepts to executives, and lead customer-facing technical discussions.
• Interest in presenting at conferences, creating technical content, and contributing to the agentic AI ecosystem.
• Experience with AI agents, production microservices, identity and security technologies, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or CI/CD is relevant.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
• Background in data science, ML engineering, or applied AI/ML.
