What you will do
- Design and implement a reliable agentic development lifecycle, connecting sandboxes, CI, and verification systems.
- Build a frontier agent harness that allows agents to place real calls, measure latency, and inspect telemetry.
- Develop automated quality gates and telemetry systems to turn scoped tasks into review-ready PRs.
- Create secure agent interfaces and sandboxed runtimes for API and CLI tool execution.
- Optimize the engineering workflow to accelerate development speed across all teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or infrastructure.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, CI/CD, and large-codebase workflows.
- Practical experience with coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or open-source equivalents.
- Ability to design secure agent interfaces and sandboxed runtimes.
- Experience building or operating online and offline LLM evaluation systems.
- Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or Go.
