Sourcing Manager

What you will do

• Own product sourcing, vendor selection, and new product development for an assigned category.
• Lead meetings and negotiations with domestic and international vendors.
• Manage vendor performance, product development, and product quality standards.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Marketing, Quality Control, and other internal teams.
• Coach and develop a team of Product Management Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience directly sourcing products from domestic and overseas factories preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Availability for international travel to trade shows and vendor visits.
• Ability to work on-site.
