TL;DR
Supply Chain and Sourcing Manager (NPI/Industrialization): Driving the end-to-end introduction and industrialization of ASML products through supply chain, sourcing, cost, quality, and logistics deliverables with an accent on supplier coordination, risk management, and Product Generation Process execution. Focus on managing critical paths, bottlenecks, budgets, supplier selections, and cross-functional decisions for time-to-market and production ramp-up.

Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States. Onsite role with potential exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage, and currents. Candidates must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before starting.

What you will do

  • Manage supply chain and sourcing deliverables across hirify.global’s Product Generation Process for new product introduction and industrialization.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, factory, field, product, and supplier stakeholders to deliver volume-ready products.
  • Identify and manage supply chain risks, material availability, supplier capacity, bottlenecks, and critical paths.
  • Track cost-of-goods roadmaps and prepare OPEX/CAPEX forecasts for supplier non-recurring expenses, tooling, and packaging.
  • Drive quality, logistics, technology, and cost issue resolution, including hirify.global Issue Resolution triage and End-of-Life/Supply topics.
  • Report project status, milestones, resources, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Technical or Supply Chain bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in a new product introduction environment, preferably in a high-tech industry.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams without formal authority.
  • Experience with supplier industrialization targets, manufacturing bottleneck management, and technical production environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Legal authorization to access United States-controlled technology is required before employment begins.

Nice to have

  • Previous sourcing experience.
  • Master’s degree in a technical or supply chain discipline.
  • Experience with Early Supplier Involvement, Concurrent Engineering, supplier selection, and Make/Buy decisions.
