Supervisor, Repair Logistics (Aerospace)

Location: Bothell, Washington, United States; onsite. Valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $67,000–$113,000 per year, with potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Oversee repair-station inventory, warehouse operations, shipping, and repair-order processing.
• Manage workflow, staffing, training, and development for approximately 5–10 logistics employees.
• Drive 24-hour turnaround for parts delivery to the repair floor and customer shipments after repair audit.
• Coordinate with repair, quality, and order-administration teams on production issues and RMA work orders.
• Own inventory and assets, coordinate cycle counts and budget planning, and lead waste-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain warehouse, shipping, and administrative processes in compliance with applicable federal and Department of Transportation regulations.

Requirements

• Recognized technical qualification or relevant experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in materials and/or production planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Code of Federal Regulations and Department of Transportation requirements for warehouse and shipping operations.
• Leadership, team-building, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with shipping systems such as DHL, FedEx, or third-party providers.
• Proficiency with Windows Office Suite, spreadsheets, databases, and analysis tools; ability to work in an electronic production environment.
