Product Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative work for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, product stuffers, and emails.
• Coordinate between Merchandising and Creative during new product selection.
• Maintain communication across departments on product development and web marketing.
• Develop product positioning based on the existing product portfolio and customer perspective.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development, with a strong track record.
• Experience sourcing or selecting new products.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
