Associate Brand Manager

Location: West Hills, California, United States. Work is primarily performed in an office or remote environment, with occasional travel to company offsites, team strategy sessions, vendor meetings, or other office and customer environments.

Salary: $80,000–$133,000 national target base pay range. The target range for California and New York metro is $88,000–$146,000. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support brand leaders in executing strategy and tactics and delivering revenue, profit, and market share goals.
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and provide market analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in launching innovations with speed and agility, targeting launches within nine months.
• Assist with annual operating plans and marketing budgets.
• Support product packaging and label updates.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Regulatory and Legal, Operations, R&D, Consumer and Shopper Insights, and Digital Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent qualification; an MBA is preferred.
• At least three years of combined relevant professional experience and graduate-level education.
• Ability to draw insights from multiple sources and communicate a compelling story.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for audiences including senior management.
• Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• U.S. work authorization is required; immigration sponsorship or support, including Form I-983 STEM OPT training-plan completion, is not available.
