Network Engineer Team Lead (Data Center Networking): Designing, implementing, and optimizing data center networks and cloud environments for a large North American ecommerce operation with an accent on reliability, security, and technical direction. Focus on leading network engineers, integrating SD-WAN and zero-trust access, and applying routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.

What you will do
- Own the full data center network lifecycle, including design, implementation, optimization, and reliable operation.
- Design and optimize IT networks and cloud environments.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of network engineers.
- Evaluate and integrate technologies such as SD-WAN and zero-trust network access.
- Partner with IT teams to align data center network architecture with security and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar major preferred.
- 7+ years of network engineering experience, including 2+ years in a team lead or leadership role.
- Proficiency in routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and network monitoring tools.
- CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.
