Lead Network Engineer (Azure and Enterprise Networking): Designing and operating complex enterprise and hybrid-cloud network architectures across data centers, cloud interconnects, WAN, OT, and security environments with an accent on advanced routing, segmentation, and resilient connectivity. Focus on leading modernization and cloud migration initiatives, solving complex network issues, and building automation with Python, Ansible, Terraform, and API-driven integrations.

What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle planning of enterprise and hybrid-cloud network architectures.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and architectural direction to network engineers.
- Engineer advanced routing and connectivity using MPLS, MP-BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, Azure ExpressRoute, VNETs, NSGs, and cloud DNS.
- Maintain secure network architectures with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ISE, segmentation, VPNs, zero-trust, and SASE principles.
- Support OT network segmentation, manufacturing connectivity, acquisitions, divestitures, facility deployments, and major modernization initiatives.
- Lead root-cause analysis, incident response improvements, documentation, roadmaps, and network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and APIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of network engineering experience, including complex architectural initiatives and mentoring engineers.
- Advanced knowledge of MPLS, BGP/MP-BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, and large-scale routing architectures.
- Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, segmentation, VPNs, Cisco ISE, zero-trust, and SASE architectures.
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst, Cisco/Meraki wireless, Versa SD-WAN, and OT environments.
- Experience designing and supporting Azure connectivity, including ExpressRoute, VNETs, NSGs, and DNS.
